門窗幕墻節能玻璃檢測設備,光用不保養行嗎?

    隨著高性能節能玻璃的推廣,越來越多的同行關注節能玻璃是否充惰性氣體,含量是多少以及如何無損檢測?目前市場上僅有的無損檢測方法有兩種,暨等離子發射光譜法和可調諧半導體激光法,這兩種方法均是基于光學原理,檢測儀器可以快速且準確地對中空玻璃腔體中的惰性氣體含量進行無損檢測。基于這兩種方法的檢測儀器已經被深加工玻璃企業,門窗幕墻企業,實驗室,建筑質檢機構和地產開發商作為日常生產控制和質量管理的工具在全球廣泛地應用,在使用中由于環境條件以及儀器自身測量的偏差變化,需對儀器進行定期校準和維護保養,其測量結果的準確性、穩定性和可靠性值得使用者特別關注。
